Stephen, with an industrial electrical background, oversees the technical side of the business, while Sue manages marketing and warehouse operations. Together, they handle sales, service, and ongoing client support. Their technical knowledge, ability to customise, and commitment to customer care have built a strong reputation, with much of their work coming through repeat and referred business.
