Welcome to Moved. I’m Jemimah Hiscox, mother of three young children and movement enthusiast.
We live in a sedentary society and are paying the price for it. My goal is to help you see movement as much more than just exercise, opening up endless possibilities to move more and move more of yourself everyday.
At Moved, we follow a natural movement philosophy, taking ideas from various natural and restorative movement ideologies. We help implement these concepts into everyday lives, tailored to the individual’s needs and environment.
We offer general classes, classes designed for pre and post-natal movers, and private coaching sessions.
