At Create Your Sunshine, we host in-person and online workshops on the first Sunday of every month to increase awareness and understanding of the wonderful world of plant essences.

About Reba

I am a full time Mama, Wellness Warrior, and certified Pilates instructor currently teaching at Njoy Studio. I have always had a big love for fitness and since learning the ​Pilates method my approach to fitness has blossomed.

Pilates has had a major impact on my postpartum recovery as ​well as the methods of Ayurveda (the science of life), Ayurvedic rituals and of course essential oils. A few of my favourite ​things are cooking, singing and family swims at the beach.
